The location was fantastic, right in the middle of
The action. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but the room was smaller than expected, a bit cramped for two people.

The whole place was clean and the staff were very good. I had beautiful updated room with a good view, shower plus a beautiful bath. The venue was in a central location close to the beautiful square. It also was so close to everything...
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was kind of slow.

I had a great stay and would come here again! The hotel stuff was very diligent and knowledgeable, not annoying. The room was modern and provided with a large window and comfortable beds, as example. An in-house restaurant with very helpfull and friendly staff was an advantage
Nothing everything was great.

The location was perfect and made it easy to explore the market and local restaurants. The staff helped us organize our trips to Machu Picchu and the Sacred Valley. Definitely try their breakfast, it's a nice way to start your day!
We did experience some noise from the street at night. It wasn't a huge issue, but if you're sensitive to sound, bring earplugs.

I enjoyed the beautifully decorated lobby and accessible dining area, easy for me to navigate. The rooftop terrace offers fine views over the Plaza de Armas.
A full-length mirror would be helpful.

The location couldn't be better, right on the main square. I had a room on the fourth floor with a nice view of the plaza, although it got a bit noisy at night, especially with the windows open. Closing the window helped a lot. The staff were great. They even surprised me with a lovely room arrangement for my birthday. Breakfast included a good selection of fresh fruits, cereals, and pastries, served from early morning. The hotel was clean and well-kept, which I appreciated as someone who values cleanliness. The pillows in my room were too soft, causing some neck pain. The rooms facing the busy street can be really noisy for light sleepers, so choose your room wisely. Even though the restaurant had a nice atmosphere, it was slightly too loud to enjoy a quiet meal. I would still recommend this hotel, especially for its superb location and cute staff.
